A Historic Opportunity for New York Students

For the first time, the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit Program gives New Yorkers the opportunity to unlock up to $1.5 billion in new educational funding for students at no cost to the state.  If New York opts in, all students across the state could receive scholarships to help pay for tutoring, transportation, educational services, technology, enrichment programs, and school supplies.

United by One Goal

Parents, educators, school leaders, nonprofits, businesses, faith communities, and advocates are coming together around one simple belief: education should work for every student.

How It Works

how it works how it works

Unlike many education programs, Scholarships for ALL is funded through donations incentivized by federal tax credits. Not state taxpayer dollars.

Every Student Has Different Needs. Every Student Deserves the Opportunity to Succeed.

Academic Support & Tutoring

Extra help can make the difference between falling behind and finding a path forward.

My daughter just needs a little extra help.
My daughter attends our local public school and works incredibly hard, but she needs extra help in math that we simply can't afford. Her teachers do everything they can, but with crowded classrooms, one-on-one support isn't always possible. A scholarship like this could help pay for tutoring and give her the confidence and support she needs to succeed.

Enrichment & After-School Programs

Scholarships can open doors to the arts, enrichment activities and experiences that help kids stay engaged after school.

School doesn't end when the bell rings.
My son discovered his love for robotics through an after-school STEM program, but we can't always afford to keep him enrolled. These programs aren't extras—they're where he found his passion and confidence in a way the regular classroom couldn't. A scholarship like this would mean he wouldn't have to miss out just because of cost.

Transportation, Tech, and Classroom Resources

Practical support helps students show up ready to learn and fully participate.

The little expenses add up.
My children go to public school, but that doesn't mean their education is free. Between school supplies, transportation, technology, and other costs, the bills keep adding up. A scholarship like this could make a real difference for families like mine.
